Finance Internship Overview

These internship positions, focusing on Program Accounting and Financial Accounting, offer hands-on experience in a dynamic international organization. The roles provide invaluable exposure to financial management practices in the development sector.

Key Responsibilities

The Finance Interns will engage in crucial financial operations including:

• – Processing payments and maintaining accurate records in Microsoft Dynamics-Serenic
• – Supporting bank reconciliation processes and vendor balance verification
• – Contributing to biweekly financial reporting and meeting documentation
• – Assisting with annual audits and document management
• – Ensuring proper documentation and verification of financial transactions
• – Supporting daily financial operations and payment processing
• – Maintaining both electronic and physical filing systems

Required Qualifications

Successful candidates must possess:

• – A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• – Recent graduation (within the past 6 months)
• – Ongoing pursuit of CPA or ACCA qualification
• – Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
• – Excellence in communication and attention to detail
• – Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• – Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments
