Role Summary

The Receptionist serves as AWF’s primary point of contact, managing front office operations and providing comprehensive administrative support. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the organization’s professional image while ensuring smooth office operations.

Core Responsibilities

Front Office Management

  • – Welcome and direct visitors professionally
  • – Maintain a pristine reception area
  • – Handle all inquiries efficiently
  • – Operate and maintain the office switchboard

Administrative Support

  • – Manage office supplies procurement and inventory
  • – Track staff absence and availability
  • – Monitor and report monthly utility usage
  • – Coordinate meeting room schedules
  • – Support VAT exemption certificate processing

Logistics and Events

  • – Assist with staff travel arrangements
  • – Manage courier services and mail processing
  • – Support event planning and execution
  • – Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience
