Marriott Hotels is hiring a Director of Food & Beverage to lead the strategic food and beverage/culinary operations across restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and catering. This leadership role oversees departmental strategy, brand service implementation, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, revenue growth, and financial performance maximization.
Requirements:
- – High school diploma/GED + 6 years’ food/beverage, culinary, events experience
- – OR 2-year degree in related field (Food Service, Hospitality, Business) + 4 years’ experience

- – Prioritize outstanding customer service, act on guest feedback
- – Hire, coach, conduct performance reviews for direct reports
- – Make informed decisions through data analysis and problem-solving
- – Order supplies, manage inventory levels based on consumption
