Key Responsibilities:
- – Manage a portfolio of Odoo Partners across Europe & Africa
- – Enable partners through training on sales strategies and implementation best practices
- – Act as a business coach, creating processes to increase operational efficiency
- – Establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners
- – Qualify end clients, provide product demos, match them with suitable partners
- – Negotiate licenses and pricing, promote value propositions to partners/customers
Requirements:
- – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business
- – Fluency in English and/or Swahili
- – 1-4 years of technology sales experience
- – Entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills
- – Passion for sales, convincing, negotiating and achieving targets
- – Thrives in an autonomous environment, taking initiatives
