Odoo is hiring talented Sales Executives to join their dynamic Direct Sales team. Leverage your hunting, analytical and negotiation skills to acquire new SME clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- – Manage the full sales cycle from leads to closing and client onboarding
- – Initiate contact with potential clients and qualify leads
- – Analyze customer needs, activities, challenges and pain points
- – Provide tailored product demonstrations based on customer requirements
- – Prepare customized quotes and negotiate contract terms/conditions
Requirements:
- – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business
- – Strong business knowledge and curiosity about software products
- – Excellent English communication skills
- – Good organizational abilities
- – Valid work permit for Kenya (if applicable)
Nice to Have:
- – Results-driven and outgoing personality
- – Prior experience in sales or consultancy roles
- – Knowledge of ERP and SaaS software solutions
- – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- – Experience working across African markets
- – Proficiency in Swahili or other regional/international languages
