Requirements:

  • – 2 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst position
  • – 5 years of experience in the banking sector
  • – 3 years of experience in lending processes and operations
  • – Mandatory degree in Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • – Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification is required

Key Responsibilities:

  • – Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and operations within the bank
  • – Identify areas for optimization, process improvement, and cost-saving opportunities
  • – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop solutions
  • – Document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications
  • – Support the implementation of new systems, processes, or initiatives
  • – Perform gap analysis and provide recommendations for process enhancements
  • – Develop and deliver training materials and documentation for end-users
  • – Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring activities
  • – Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
