Position Overview:
Reporting to the Head of Process, the Process Analyst will play a crucial role in empowering operating teams by driving efficiency, ensuring accountability, and maintaining operational integrity. This position requires a data-driven approach to create new processes and systems while improving existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Process Analysis and Improvement:
- – Achieve a deep understanding of business needs and processes
- – Engage with business leaders to identify current processes, gaps, and anticipated changes
- – Drive efficiency through process mapping and identification of improvement opportunities
- – Design and conduct experiments to quantitatively identify best practices
2. System Development and Implementation:
- – Create systems for operating teams, primarily using Google Cloud Platform
- – Provide initial training and support for operating teams until they achieve self-sufficiency
- – Continuously optimize existing systems based on user feedback and performance metrics
3. Stakeholder Management and Communication:
- – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on process improvements
- – Present findings and recommendations to senior management
- – Develop and maintain documentation for processes and systems
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- – Utilize SQL and spreadsheet management tools to analyze operational data
- – Create dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
- – Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- – Proficiency in SQL
- – Advanced spreadsheet management skills
- – Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- – Excellent communication and presentation skills
- – Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- – University degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Management Information Systems)
- – Experience with dashboarding tools
- – Knowledge of Python programming language
- – Previous experience in process analysis or related field

- – Regular side-by-sides with operating teams to maintain business understanding
- – Flexible work arrangement with one day per week work from home option
- – Approximately 10% travel required
