Key Responsibilities at USAID

Program Management Support (70%)

Monitoring and Evaluation
  • – Lead Data Quality Assessment (DQA) processes
  • – Coordinate annual Performance Plan and Report submissions
  • – Facilitate semi-annual activity monitoring reviews
  • – Maintain progress tracking systems
  • – Conduct field assessments
  • – Manage evaluation planning
  • – Support portfolio review preparations

Administrative Support (30%)

  • – Oversee data management systems

US Embassy Job Requirements

Education

  • – Minimum two years post-secondary education in:
  • – Social Sciences

Experience

  • – 3+ years in project/program management with international organizations
  • – 2+ years specific experience in Monitoring & Evaluation
  • – Previous experience working with US Embassy or consulate programs preferred

Language Skills

  • – Fluent (Level IV) English and Kiswahili proficiency required
