Your Mission: Grow Key Business Accounts

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the voice of Bolt for Business – working closely with top clients to understand their needs and grow their business through our platform. With an evolving product and 10X growth targeted in 12 months, this is a high-impact role integral to our success.

What You’ll Do at Bolt

  • Manage portfolio of key business accounts through proactive outreach
  • Handle client queries via emails, calls, and troubleshooting challenges
  • Create account plans to drive volume growth from existing clients
  • Assist sales team with onboarding and ongoing client management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve local issues
  • Deliver consistent month-over-month volume increases

You Are Required to Qualify

  • An experienced (2+ years) Account Manager dynamo
  • Self-motivated with keen ambition to hit targets
  • Proactive with superb organization and detail orientation
  • An excellent communicator skilled at client-facing discussions
  • Business-savvy with industry know-how and upselling abilities
  • Driven, intelligent, and demonstrating high integrity
