Responsibilities
- Assess coverage and issue Letters of Authority, explaining non-coverage rationale
- Screen, evaluate, and process claims following benefits guidelines
- Document all system transactions and file records accordingly
- Respond to customer inquiries/complaints with first-call resolution
- Escalate complex claims per procedures and collaborate with team
- Adhere to shift schedules for 24/7 operations coverage
- Secure approvals from supervisors as required
- Optimize operational costs through proper use of supplies/facilities
- Deliver excellent customer service through professional query resolution
Requirements
- College degree in Business Management, Medical/Allied course preferred
- 2+ years in customer service role, HMO/insurance industry a plus
- Exceptional written/verbal English and Filipino communication abilities
- Willingness to work shifting schedules
