Front Office Team Leader at Hyatt

Hyatt are seeking an exceptional Front Office Team Leader to provide courteous, professional service that maximizes guest satisfaction at our luxury hotel. In this role, you will lead the front office team in delivering personalized experiences across all guest touchpoints.

Hyatt Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless guest arrivals, departures and requests per SOPs
  • Manage front office staffing and duty rosters for optimal coverage
  • Regularly engage guests to proactively address any concerns
  • Cross-train team and create a positive, service-oriented environment
  • Oversee accurate guest profile data, rate entry and loyalty enrollments
  • Coordinate arrival room allocations based on preferences/requests
  • Monitor credit policy adherence for timely payment
  • Prepare monthly staff schedules minimizing pending days off
  • Conduct call handling, wake-up services and discrepancy resolution
  • Assist with team performance appraisals and training

Requirements

  • Diploma/Certificate in Front Office Operations or Hospitality
  • 3+ years’ experience in front office at reputable hotel
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Leadership skills to guide and mentor team members
  • Customer-centric approach to efficiently resolve complaints
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
