Key Responsibilities:
1. Create a safe, nurturing learning environment
2. Plan and execute engaging, curriculum-aligned activities
3. Provide diverse materials for exploration and learning

7. Observe and evaluate student progress

Requirements:
- – Currently enrolled in or recently completed a teacher training program (B.Ed., Primary Teacher Education, ECDE, etc.)
- – Strong recommendations from educational institutions
- – Passion for working with children
- – Proficiency in technology (G-Suite, Zoom, Microsoft Office)
- – Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- – Adaptability and problem-solving aptitude
- – Enthusiasm for Nova Pioneer’s organizational culture
- – Desire to develop leadership skills and impact African youth education
