Account Manager – Existing Clients (English Speaker)

Odoo is hiring an Account Manager to manage their portfolio of existing English-speaking clients across Africa. Represent Odoo as the long-term commercial point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • – Manage portfolio of existing African clients, acting as their Odoo sales expert
  • – Analyze clients’ IT projects in-depth to identify potential upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • – Introduce new Odoo applications, features and version upgrades to increase usage
  • – Present product demos and provide advisory expertise to clients
  • – Negotiate contract renewals from monthly to multi-year subscriptions

Requirements:

  • – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business
  • – Strong business acumen and genuine interest in software products
  • – Fluency in English and/or Kiswahili
  • – Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • – Strong negotiation abilities
  • – Valid work permit for Kenya (if applicable)

Nice to Have:

  • – Results-driven and outgoing personality
  • – Prior sales, consulting or ERP/SaaS software experience
  • – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • – Experience across African markets
  • – Proficiency in regional or international languages
