Position Details:

• – Job Type: Full Time
• – Location: Nairobi

Key Responsibilities:

• – Document accounting processes for SPVs business models
• – Maintain accurate intercompany balance schedules
• – Perform daily, weekly, and monthly general ledger vouching
• – Reconcile subsidiary books (trade receivables, payables, and inventory)
• – Prepare financial reports and analysis to support decision-making
• – Ensure accurate bookkeeping and posting in the accounting system
• – Handle monthly and annual financial reporting for board meetings
• – Manage tax and regulatory compliance (PAYE, NSSF, NHIF, NITA, VAT, WHT)
• – Identify areas for policy and operational improvement
• – Lead and train team members in a collaborative environment

Requirements:

• – CPA (K) and/or ACCA qualification
• – Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• – KCSE grade B+ and above
• – 1-2 years of experience in a Finance environment
• – Strong verbal and written communication skills
• – Excellent analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• – Adaptability to dynamic and complex finance and business environments
• – Team player with the ability to learn and train others
