Job Description

Accor Hotels is hiring a Bar Supervisor to join their team. This role is responsible for overseeing the bar operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining a professional and efficient environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • – Work in close cooperation with all staff assigned to the bar outlet, kitchen stewarding, and cashiers
  • – Adhere to the outlet’s duty schedule and shifts
  • – Observe and correct pouring practices of all bar staff to avoid wastage
  • – Ensure orders are issued against written or printed receipts
  • – Maintain impeccable appearance and grooming standards for all bar staff
  • – Welcome guests and ensure prompt service
  • – Maintain a professional, friendly, and discreet relationship with guests
  • – Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the bar counter and related areas
  • – Handle guest complaints directly or refer them to the appropriate manager
  • – Attend meetings or briefings to maintain open communication within the team
  • – Thoroughly know the bar menu and price structure to provide recommendations
  • – Flexibility to work in other areas when required by the immediate supervisor
  • – Familiar with basic cashier work and handle payments promptly and efficiently
  • – Understand and adhere to the company’s internal policies, safety procedures, and relevant operational standards manuals
  • – Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned


  • – Guest-focused personality is essential
  • – Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • – Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • – Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
