Job Overview:

Emirates is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join their prestigious cabin crew team. As an Emirates cabin crew member, you’ll be responsible for ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction while representing the airline’s commitment to excellence in the skies.

Key Requirements:

1. Age: Minimum 21 years old

2. Height: At least 160cm tall with the ability to reach 212cm high

3. Education: Minimum high school (Grade 12) education

4. Language: Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)

5. Experience: At least 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience

6. Personality: Natural team player with a shining personality

7. Physical Appearance: No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform

8. Visa: Ability to meet UAE employment visa requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight

2. Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrations

3. Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and disembarking

4. Serve meals, beverages, and duty-free items

5. Respond promptly and professionally to passenger inquiries and requests

6. Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively

7. Maintain a clean and tidy cabin environment

8. Collaborate with fellow crew members to provide seamless service

9. Adhere to Emirates’ high standards of grooming and presentation

10. Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Training Process:

Successful candidates will undergo an intensive 7.5-week training program at Emirates’ state-of-the-art facility in Dubai. The comprehensive training includes:

1. Induction Experience (3 days)

2. Safety and Emergency Procedures (13 days)

3. Group Medical Training (5 days)

4. Security Training (2 days)

5. Emirates Hospitality Experience (2 days)

6. Uniform Learning Experience (1 day)

7. Service Learning Experience (14 days)

Attractive Pay and Benefits Package:

Emirates offers a competitive compensation package, including:

1. Basic Salary: AED 4,430 per month

2. Flying Pay: AED 63.75 per hour (based on average 80-100 hours per month)

3. Average Total Pay: AED 10,170 per month (approximately USD 2,770, EUR 2,710, or GBP 2,280)
