Key Responsibilities:

  • – Sell repossessed cars through cash sales and refinancing
  • – Facilitate sales process documentation
  • – Provide comprehensive information to clients about vehicles for sale
  • – Organize vehicle assessments
  • – Prepare monthly car sales reports
  • – Manage vehicle inventory bookings
  • – Ensure adherence to company sales guidelines
  • – Market vehicles through approved channels
  • – Meet sales targets within specified timelines
  • – Perform additional duties as assigned


  • – Diploma/Degree in Administration or related field
  • – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • – Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • – Adaptability and capacity to work independently
  • – Proficient computer skills
  • – Fluency in English and Swahili (verbal and written)
  • – Valid driving license and ability to drive
  • – Previous experience in microfinance, boda-boda financing, or dealerships is advantageous
