Cytonn Properties LLP is seeking a dedicated Caretaker for their property management team in Nairobi. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity in facilities management, with a closing date of July 16th, 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

• – Conduct daily property inspections and report maintenance issues
• – Produce timely daily and weekly reports on property conditions
• – Oversee security and safety measures, supervising contracted security personnel
• – Supervise repair work and liaise with contractors
• – Maintain 24-hour availability for emergency situations
• – Foster positive relationships with neighbors and resolve issues promptly
• – Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain good relationships with service providers
• – Monitor tenant turnover and manage unit occupancy
• – Review and approve tenancy applications
• – Organize resident meetings and enforce estate rules

Requirements:

• – Positive attitude and flexibility to handle diverse tasks, including odd hours
• – Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• – Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• – Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• – Certificate of good conduct
• – Minimum C+ in KCSE (University degree not mandatory)
• – Ability to build strong professional relationships
• – 2+ years experience as a caretaker in estate management (100+ houses)
