Position Overview

The Client Service Executive will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving business growth through lead generation and customer success initiatives.

Location & Terms

• – Location: Nairobi (Onsite)
• – Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
• – Salary Range: KES 360,000 – 600,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• – Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular support and knowledge sharing
• – Collaborate with sales teams for successful customer onboarding
• – Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue
• – Drive customer renewals and retention
• – Provide product training and ongoing support
• – Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and other activities
• – Handle incoming queries professionally
• – Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers and understanding requirements
• – Maintain and update lead generation database
• – Meet weekly/monthly business targets

Required Qualifications

• – Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Success or Inside Sales/Sales Development
• – Background in Ecommerce/Marketplaces, IT Infrastructure, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, or IT Services preferred
• – Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• – Experience in upselling
• – Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• – Detail-oriented with high standards of work quality
• – Goal-driven mindset
• – Willingness to travel (0-30%)
