Role Purpose:
The Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging and relevant content that supports Jubilee Insurance’s overall marketing strategy. This role involves creating compelling written, visual, and multimedia content that resonates with the target audience, strengthens brand identity, and contributes to the achievement of marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Strategy:
- – Develop engaging written content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms
- – Create visually appealing multimedia content, including images, infographics, and videos
- – Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives
- – Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- – Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
- – Optimize content for specific campaigns and target audiences
2. Social Media Management:
- – Manage and curate content for various social media channels
- – Ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement across platforms
- – Monitor social media trends and audience behavior to adapt content strategies
3. SEO and Analytics:
- – Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic
- – Stay updated on SEO best practices and implement them in content creation
- – Use analytics tools to measure content and campaign performance
- – Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations
4. Brand Consistency and Collaboration:
- – Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand voice
- – Collaborate with the design team to maintain visual consistency in multimedia content
- – Develop and maintain a content calendar for consistent and timely content distribution
- – Work with internal teams and external partners to gather insights and align content with organizational goals
5. Industry Engagement and Continuous Learning:
- – Stay abreast of industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging platforms
- – Foster engagement with the audience through community management
- – Build and nurture relationships with influencers and industry stakeholders
- – Adapt to evolving content trends and audience preferences

- – Stay updated with insurance regulations and industry best practices
- – Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Kenya and the insurance industry

Requirements:
1. Academic Qualifications:
- – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field
- – Relevant marketing-related qualifications
2. Experience:
- – Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- – Good knowledge of life insurance products, policies, and regulations
