Position Overview
The Corporate Communications Officer II will play a vital role in managing the Fund’s external and internal communications, media relations, and customer feedback mechanisms. This position is crucial in maintaining the Fund’s reputation and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Media Relations and Public Relations
- – Conduct comprehensive media coverage analysis focusing on the Fund’s target audience
- – Draft compelling press releases and media statements
- – Monitor and analyze media trends affecting the Fund
- – Build and maintain positive relationships with media representatives
- – Participate in developing and executing publicity strategies and campaigns
Content Development and Management
- – Create customized promotional messages for various advertising channels
- – Develop engaging content for the Fund’s communication materials
- – Design and implement communication strategies for different stakeholder groups
- – Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all platforms
- – Create and update communication materials for various Fund initiatives
Customer Experience Management
- – Analyze and track customer complaints through established feedback mechanisms
- – Develop effective strategies for complaint resolution
- – Monitor customer satisfaction levels and prepare regular reports
- – Implement improvements to customer service processes
- – Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely complaint resolution
Strategic Communications
- – Assist in planning and executing communication campaigns

- – Monitor and report on communication strategy effectiveness
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields:
- – Communication
- – Public Relations
- – Journalism
- – Social Science with a Diploma in Communication, Public Relations, or Journalism
- – Or related field from a recognized institution
Technical Skills & Requirements
- – Advanced proficiency in computer applications including:
- – Microsoft Office Suite
- – Social media management tools
- – Content management systems
- – Design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- – Must fulfill the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution
- – Strong writing and editing skills
