Core Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

• – Update and maintain current customer profiles
• – Provide personalized communication and solutions

Communication and Service Delivery

• – Promptly receive and action customer communications across all channels
• – Eliminate service barriers and take full ownership of customer issues
• – Ensure customers understand and appreciate Liberty’s solutions

Market and Product Knowledge

• – Stay informed about investment and financial market events
• – Provide market analysis and investment solution insights
• – Proactively update customers on product status and potential improvements

Educational Requirements

• – Bachelor’s degree
• – CIM/MSK Certificate or ICX Membership (advantageous)

Professional Experience

• – Minimum 2 years in customer experience within insurance or financial services
