Job Purpose: In this role, you’ll learn how to curate awesome experiences for customers and grow Jumba’s financing product from its current launch stage to a major success.

  • – Upsell the financing product to customers
  • – Proper sharing of invoices and receipts once orders have arrived
Customer Support
  • – Running and managing calls at the call center
  • – Onboarding & verification of customers and their KYC
  • – Timely approval of customer orders
  • – Act as the bridge between customers and the Jumba team
  • – Analyze customer feedback to ensure a positive customer experience
  • – Effective and efficient running of Customer Service at Jumba (calls, emails, and WhatsApp)
Customer Engagement and Satisfaction
  • – Improve customer engagement and reduce churn
  • – Help build customer relationships and maintain customer loyalty
  • – Enhance customer satisfaction to 100%


  • – Bachelor’s degree
  • – 6 months of experience in a sales role in financial services
  • – Good communication and negotiation skills
