Tetra Pak, a global leader in food processing and packaging solutions, is seeking a dynamic Customer Experience Leader to drive customer experience strategies across their organization.
Role Purpose
Transform customer interactions and enhance service excellence in a multinational environment.
Job Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- – Drive customer experience processes across three business units
- – Manage and update learning materials and communication platforms
- – Coordinate business expert networks for best practice sharing
Strategic Objectives
- – Analyze customer experience (CX) and relationship customer experience (RCX) results
- – Support tool adoption and maintain high data quality standards
- – Collaborate with market touchpoint drivers and business units
Key Requirements
Professional Qualifications
- – Proven customer experience or business expert (BEX) background
- – Strong sales and marketing support experience
- – Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- – Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
Technical Skills
- – Experience with digital technologies, automation, and AI
- – Advanced communication and presentation capabilities
- – Strategic thinking with operational execution skills
