Tetra Pak, a global leader in food processing and packaging solutions, is seeking a dynamic Customer Experience Leader to drive customer experience strategies across their organization.

Role Purpose

Transform customer interactions and enhance service excellence in a multinational environment.

Job Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • – Drive customer experience processes across three business units
  • – Manage and update learning materials and communication platforms
  • – Coordinate business expert networks for best practice sharing

Strategic Objectives

  • – Analyze customer experience (CX) and relationship customer experience (RCX) results
  • – Support tool adoption and maintain high data quality standards
  • – Collaborate with market touchpoint drivers and business units

Key Requirements

Professional Qualifications

  • – Proven customer experience or business expert (BEX) background
  • – Strong sales and marketing support experience
  • – Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • – Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering

Technical Skills

  • – Experience with digital technologies, automation, and AI
  • – Advanced communication and presentation capabilities
  • – Strategic thinking with operational execution skills
