Position Overview

KFC Kenya is currently recruiting for two crucial restaurant positions:

1. Customer Service Team Member

This front-of-house role is perfect for individuals who thrive on customer interaction and maintaining an exceptional dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • – Warmly welcome and assist customers with their dining needs
  • – Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
  • – Maintain clean and organized dining areas
  • – Process orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy
  • – Package orders with attention to presentation
  • – Support team members during peak hours
  • – Resolve customer concerns professionally

2. Food Service Team Member

This back-of-house position is ideal for those passionate about food preparation and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • – Follow KFC’s world-famous recipes and cooking procedures
  • – Prepare signature menu items including chicken marination
  • – Maintain proper food handling and safety standards
  • – Execute breading procedures according to KFC standards
  • – Keep kitchen area clean and organized
  • – Monitor food quality and freshness
  • – Support inventory management
