Key Responsibilities:
- – Handle customer inquiries and concerns with speed and professionalism
- – Support the customer service team in managing and resolving customer issues
- – Participate in developing and implementing customer service strategies and campaigns
- – Assist with the management of their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- – Collaborate across departments to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- – Engage in training sessions to improve knowledge of products/services and customer service practices
- – Contribute to the creation and refinement of customer feedback loops
Requirements:
- – Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or a recent graduate, preferably in a relevant field
- – Strong interest in pursuing a career in customer service or support
- – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle stressful situations gracefully
- – Self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality work
- – Capable of working effectively in a team and independently
- – Proficient in basic computer applications and eager to learn new software/systems
- – Positive outlook and genuine interest in helping others
- – Residency in Malindi is required
