Marriott Hotel Kenya is hiring an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their executive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of a renowned international hotel chain.

Requirements:

  • – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • – Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • – Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • – Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • – Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • – Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • – Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • – Manage executive schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • – Prepare comprehensive briefing materials and reports for executive meetings
  • – Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • – Maintain organized filing systems and databases for important documents
  • – Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks and projects
  • – Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • – Assist with event planning and execution as required
  • – Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the executive team
