Position Overview
This full-time, on-site role combines traditional executive assistance with HR functions, requiring a versatile professional who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- – Manage comprehensive calendar scheduling and appointment coordination
- – Draft and edit professional communications including emails, memos, and presentations
- – Serve as primary point of contact between executives, employees, and external partners
- – Organize and coordinate meetings, including logistics and catering arrangements
- – Screen and direct phone calls and visitors professionally
Administrative Management
- – Maintain detailed and accurate record-keeping systems
- – Handle basic accounting duties and expense tracking
- – Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- – Manage office supply inventory
- – Oversee clerical staff performance
- – Format internal and external communications
HR Functions
- – Support key HR initiatives and programs
- – Assist with HR documentation and record-keeping
- – Contribute to employee engagement activities
- – Help coordinate HR-related meetings and events
Required Qualifications
- – 1-3 years of executive administrative experience
- – Proven track record in executive support roles
- – Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- – Excellence in written and verbal communication

- – Experience in expense report creation and management
