Position Overview

This full-time, on-site role combines traditional executive assistance with HR functions, requiring a versatile professional who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • – Manage comprehensive calendar scheduling and appointment coordination
  • – Draft and edit professional communications including emails, memos, and presentations
  • – Serve as primary point of contact between executives, employees, and external partners
  • – Organize and coordinate meetings, including logistics and catering arrangements
  • – Screen and direct phone calls and visitors professionally

Administrative Management

  • – Maintain detailed and accurate record-keeping systems
  • – Handle basic accounting duties and expense tracking
  • – Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • – Manage office supply inventory
  • – Oversee clerical staff performance
  • – Format internal and external communications

HR Functions

  • – Support key HR initiatives and programs
  • – Assist with HR documentation and record-keeping
  • – Contribute to employee engagement activities
  • – Help coordinate HR-related meetings and events

Required Qualifications

  • – 1-3 years of executive administrative experience
  • – Proven track record in executive support roles
  • – Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • – Excellence in written and verbal communication
  • – Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • – Experience in expense report creation and management

Preferred Qualifications
