Field Sales Specialist – DHL Global Forwarding

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Implementation

  • – Execute comprehensive field sales plans and processes
  • – Contribute to sales forecasting and budgeting
  • – Achieve revenue growth targets for assigned geographic region
  • – Implement and monitor sales performance metrics
  • – Drive new business acquisition and core business expansion

Customer Relationship Management

  • – Identify and engage prospective customers
  • – Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • – Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • – Conduct product demonstrations and presentations

Business Development

  • – Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • – Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • – Minimum 6 years of relevant sales experience
  • – Proven track record in B2B sales
  • – Experience in logistics or freight forwarding preferred
