Keep IT Cool is hiring a highly motivated Finance Intern to assist with day-to-day functions of the Finance department in Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities:
- – Assist in processing daily payments
- – Document financial transactions using QuickBooks
- – Perform bank reconciliations
- – Post payments made via M-Pesa or cheques
- – Assist in compiling financial reports
- – Support budgeting and forecasting exercises
- – Monitor system inputs and report duplication on QuickBooks
- – Ensure compliance with financial policies
- – Maintain effective filing system for project correspondence and reports
Qualifications and Skills:
- – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- – Minimum CPA level 2
- – Graduated within the last 2 years
- – Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- – Experience working with QuickBooks
- – Strong attention to detail
