Position Overview
The FMP Trainee will play a vital role in transforming financial monitoring and reporting processes within the SSA Finance team. This 8-month program culminates in an assessment center evaluation, where top-performing candidates will be considered for full-time positions within the Financial Management Program.
Key Responsibilities
- – Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to identify and address financial needs
- – Analyze and interpret key business drivers to enhance work outcomes
- – Participate in diverse projects to develop leadership capabilities and technical expertise
- – Work effectively within team settings under Assignment Manager guidance
- – Contribute to financial reporting and analysis initiatives
- – Support the transformation of business financial monitoring systems
Required Qualifications
- – Bachelor’s Degree with minimum second upper class or equivalent
- – Finance or Accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- – Comprehensive understanding of financial statement reports
- – 0-2 years of finance and accounting experience (internships included)
- – Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- – Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- – Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
- – Professional accounting certification
- – Demonstrated leadership experience
- – Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- – Project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives
- – Experience with financial analysis and reporting tools
