Finance Management Program (FMP) Trainee

Position Overview

The FMP Trainee will play a vital role in transforming financial monitoring and reporting processes within the SSA Finance team. This 8-month program culminates in an assessment center evaluation, where top-performing candidates will be considered for full-time positions within the Financial Management Program.

Key Responsibilities

• – Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to identify and address financial needs
• – Analyze and interpret key business drivers to enhance work outcomes
• – Participate in diverse projects to develop leadership capabilities and technical expertise
• – Work effectively within team settings under Assignment Manager guidance
• – Contribute to financial reporting and analysis initiatives
• – Support the transformation of business financial monitoring systems

Required Qualifications

• – Bachelor’s Degree with minimum second upper class or equivalent
• – Finance or Accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• – Comprehensive understanding of financial statement reports
• – 0-2 years of finance and accounting experience (internships included)
• – Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• – Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• – Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
• – Professional accounting certification
• – Demonstrated leadership experience
• – Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• – Project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives
• – Experience with financial analysis and reporting tools
