BBC World Service is hiring Future Voices Trainees for an exciting 4-month journalism program in Nairobi, Kenya.

Program Overview

  • – 4-month fixed-term paid trainee scheme
  • – Located at BBC East Africa Bureau, Nairobi
  • – Starting April 2025
  • – Specifically designed for people with disabilities

Eligibility Criteria

  • – Must be registered as a person with a disability
  • – Age 18 or over by April 2025
  • – Legally allowed to work full-time in Kenya
  • – Fluent in English and one BBC World Service language
  • – Available from April to July 2025
