Nestlé is looking for an experienced and innovative HRBP to support the implementation of their people strategy and represent the complete HR Service / Value Chain for their cluster. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Implementation:
- – Participate in executing people strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent
- – Align HR initiatives with short-term and long-term business needs
- – Drive competitive advantage by addressing opportunities and threats through strategic HR practices
2. Performance Management and Talent Development:
- – Guide and support line managers during performance appraisals and career development processes
- – Ensure meaningful review meetings in line with the Management Development Cycle
- – Contribute to succession planning and talent management initiatives that support business goals
3. Organizational Development:
- – Collaborate with line managers to identify team and organizational development needs
- – Design and facilitate the delivery of tailored solutions to address these needs
- – Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
4. Employee Engagement and Relations:
- – Drive employee engagement by maintaining effective win-win working relationships
- – Create an environment that fosters open communication and cooperation
- – Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and mediation when necessary
5. HR Service Delivery:
- – Provide comprehensive business support across the HR spectrum
- – Focus on key areas such as Employee Relations, Employee Wellness, and Recruitment & Selection
- – Monitor and optimize outsourcing of HR-related work
6. Compliance and Budget Management:
- – Ensure adherence to various statutory legislations applicable to the site
- – Maintain compliance with internal HR requirements and policies
- – Contribute to HR budget preparation and control expenses as per allocated budget
7. Continuous Improvement:
- – Provide input and support to team projects and improvement initiatives
- – Collaborate with Lead HRBP, Centers of Competence, and Business units to drive innovation in HR practices
Requirements:
- – University degree in Human Resources or related field
- – Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR
- – Proven expertise in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and Compensation & Benefits
- – Demonstrated experience in leading and managing change initiatives
- – Factory environment experience with exposure to Industrial Relations is highly desirable
- – Strong background in performance management, people development, and coaching
- – Personal gravitas and credibility to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- – Exceptional organizational and planning abilities
- – Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- – Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
