Attachment Program Overview:
This industrial attachment program is designed to provide students with practical exposure and on-the-job experience in a professional workplace environment. Participants will have the opportunity to:
1. Apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios

This initiative aligns with the Government’s Youth Empowerment Project, aimed at nurturing young talent for the Kenyan Labour Market.
Duration and Intake Criteria:
1. Period: 3 months (non-renewable) from September 2nd, 2024, to November 29th, 2024
2. Placement based on:
- Field of specialization and course relevance
- KBC’s capacity to accommodate trainees
- Availability of facilities and attachment slots
- First-come, first-served basis
- Year of study (3rd & 4th year for degree students, 2nd year for Diploma students)
Requirements:
1. Must be a 3rd or 4th-year degree student from a recognized University, or a 2nd-year Diploma student from a recognized College
2. Completed online application form
3. Recommendation letter from the University or College (to be attached)
4. Copy of National Identification card/Passport (to be attached)
