GE HealthCare seeks a detail-oriented International FP&A Analyst to oversee financial consolidation, closing, and estimation processes for their International operations. International FP&A Analyst Position Overview

The International FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis across GE HealthCare’s International Region. This position focuses on driving process improvements, strengthening controls, and optimizing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • – Spearhead the International financial closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial statement preparation
  • – Oversee estimation and consolidation processes for International operations, including revenue recognition and expense accruals
  • – Partner with regional finance teams to ensure proper data consolidation and alignment with corporate policies
  • – Conduct in-depth analysis of financial results, variances, and trends to identify improvement opportunities
  • – Provide expert guidance to regional teams on accounting principles and reporting requirements
  • – Drive process optimization initiatives through technology and automation implementation
  • – Monitor and assess impacts of new accounting standards and regulations
  • – Lead strategic financial projects that support organizational objectives

Required Qualifications

  • – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred)
  • – Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field with FP&A focus
  • – Comprehensive knowledge of international accounting principles and reporting standards
  • – Proven experience leading financial closing processes in multinational environments
  • – Advanced analytical capabilities with strong strategic decision-making skills
  • – Outstanding communication abilities and stakeholder management experience
  • – Demonstrated leadership skills in driving team performance
  • – Proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar platforms)
  • – Strong project management capabilities with excellent multitasking abilities

  • – Remote work possible – relocation not required
