KRA Internship Program Overview
The internship is a structured program designed to provide hands-on experience and professional growth in a supportive learning environment. Internship opportunities are available in the following disciplines:
- – Finance, Accounting, Economics, and Statistics
- – Data Analytics, Mathematics, and Supply Chain Management
- – Human Resource Management, Marketing, and Communication
- – ICT, BBIT, Security & Safety, and Forensics
- – Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and Structural)
- – Law, Criminology, Counselling Psychology, and Disaster Management
- – Media Studies, Digital Media, Animation, and Videography
- – Library & Information Science, Transport & Logistics, and Business Management
Requirements for Internship Engagement
To qualify for this internship program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
1. Be a Kenyan citizen aged 35 years or below by your next birthday.
2. Have graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution between January 2023 and December 2024.
3. Be available full-time for the entire 12-month internship duration.
4. Not have undertaken any other internship or gained work experience in your area of specialization after graduation.
PUPILLAGE PROGRAM OPPORTUNITIES (May 2025 to April 2026 Intake)
The KRA Pupillage Program is specifically designed for Kenya School of Law graduates pursuing the Advocates Training Program. This opportunity equips law graduates with essential legal training to attain admission to the bar.
Eligibility for Pupillage Engagement
- – Be a Kenyan citizen aged 35 years or below as this is a youth-centered program.
- – Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and be enrolled in the Advocates Training Program at the Kenya School of Law between January 2023 and December 2024.
- – Be available full-time for the 12-month pupillage program.
- – Provide an introduction letter from the Kenya School of Law upon selection.
Additional Program Details
1. Stipend: Interns will receive a monthly stipend of Kshs. 25,000 for degree holders and Kshs. 18,000 for diploma holders (subject to statutory deductions).
2. Proof of Documents: Selected candidates must provide:
- – A valid Personal Accident Insurance Cover
- – Certificate of Good Conduct
- – Copies of KRA PIN, SHA, NSSF, ID card, and Bank Account Details
