Lloyds Capital Kenya is hiring Loan Officers to join their growing team at their Juja City Mall location. They are seeking motivated financial professionals to evaluate, authorize and recommend approval of commercial, real estate, and personal loans.

Lloyds Capital Kenya – Loan Officer Position Position Details

Role: Loan Officer (Full-time)

Location: Juja City Mall, 2nd Floor, Juja, Kenya

Required Qualifications

• – Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related field
• – Minimum 2 years’ experience in lending, banking, or financial services
• – Strong understanding of banking regulations and lending practices
• – Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• – Proven track record in sales and relationship management

Primary Responsibilities

• – Evaluating loan applications and determining creditworthiness
• – Meeting with clients to discuss financial needs and loan options
• – Analyzing financial documents and credit reports
• – Recommending loan approvals or denials based on risk assessment
• – Maintaining loan portfolio and monitoring repayment schedules
• – Building and maintaining client relationships
• – Meeting lending targets and goals
• – Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies
