Key Responsibilities:

  • – Respond to customer inquiries via calls and messages
  • – Capture and process customer orders accurately
  • – Maintain positive and professional customer interactions
  • – Use CRM software to track leads and close sales
  • – Support implementation of customer communication improvement projects
  • – Adhere to set shifts and working times
  • – Provide input on lead nurturing processes
  • – Assist in onboarding new team members
  • – Contribute to other company projects as needed


  • – Minimum of a diploma-level education
  • – Typing speed of 40 words per minute
  • – Comfortable with shift work, including some weekends and holidays
  • – Based in Mlolongo, Nairobi
  • – Home fiber internet connection for remote work options
  • – Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • – Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • – Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • – Willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • – Prior sales experience preferred but not required
