Role Overview
The Personal Assistant position requires a highly organized professional who will provide comprehensive support to Partners and their respective departments. This role demands exceptional multitasking abilities and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
Key Responsibilities
Partner and Department Support (50%)
- – Calendar and travel management
- – Communication screening and correspondence handling
- – Document preparation and management
- – Administrative support coordination
Business Development Support (20%)
- – Event and meeting coordination
- – Client relationship management
- – Proposal and content development
- – Contact database maintenance
Financial Management (15%)
- – Matter hygiene maintenance
- – KYC documentation assistance
- – Time record confirmation support
Knowledge Management (10%)
- – Practice certificate administration
- – CPD points tracking
- – Training coordination
People & Culture Initiatives (5%)
- – Department absence management
- – Welfare initiative coordination
Required Qualifications
- – Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Management, Secretarial Studies, or related field
- – Minimum 6 years of executive support experience
- – Proven track record in high-level administrative management
