Position Highlights
BAT Kenya is seeking a dynamic Process Lead to join their world-class, lean, and agile manufacturing team. This critical role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, data analytics, and continuous improvement across their production facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- – Lead the Centreline Management System for the production cell
- – Manage Changeover Daily Management System
- – Oversee Organizational Change Management processes
- – Analyze line data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities
Technical Leadership
- – Conduct comprehensive data analysis using advanced reliability engineering tools
- – Create current and future state loss trees
- – Manage Line Event Data Systems (LEDS)
- – Lead quality defect analysis
- – Initiate and drive waste reduction activities across the factory
Team Development
- – Coach and train technical operators and production technicians
- – Implement problem-solving methodologies
- – Facilitate daily performance tracking and resource allocation
- – Ensure compliance with labor laws and operational standards
Qualifications and Requirements
Educational Background
