The Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service at the company’s entry point, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Man and guard all receptions at the Head Office.
- Maintain a record of all activities at other receptions within the Head Office.
- Receive walk-in visitors and check them in via the Visitors Management System.
- Direct visitors to the relevant offices.
- Draft quarterly customer service reports.
- Conduct in-house customer service training and report on the same.
- Ensure all receptions are presentable and well-stocked with updated IEC materials.
- Manage the main switchboard.
- Receive and escalate complaints to the Customer Care Officer.
- Receive and register feedback via the suggestion box and feedback forms, and escalate them to the Customer Care Officer for action.
- Undertake the translation of the service charter into special formats.
- Distribute the company’s IEC material and update the log sheet.
- Execute the customer service week and decorate receptions for the Christmas season.
- Update the corporate database.
- Provide necessary information for the Customer Service Survey.
- Undertake the customer care program.
Qualifications and Skills:
- – Diploma in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution
- – Relevant professional qualifications/certification
- – Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
Working Conditions:
- – Office setting and field visits
Mandatory Requirements:

- Current Clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)
- Current Report from an approved Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)
