Job Description: Remittance Product Manager
Key Responsibilities
Product Development and Innovation
- – Lead comprehensive cross-border product development initiatives
- – Collaborate closely with ICT teams to design and implement cutting-edge remittance solutions
- – Develop and maintain detailed project management plans and deliverables
- – Ensure seamless system integrations and rigorous testing procedures
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- – Generate comprehensive performance reports including:
- – Remittance transaction volume analysis
- – Branch remittance performance tracking
- – Sub-agent remittance performance evaluation
- – Conduct thorough post-project evaluations
- – Monitor and remediate technical system vulnerabilities
Strategic Partnership Management
- – Build and maintain relationships with Money Transfer Organizations (MTOs)
- – Support branch and partner systems with technical troubleshooting
- – Reconcile complex remittance transactions
- – Drive product-led growth through innovative financial solutions
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Professional Requirements
- – Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- – Minimum 3 years of experience in:
- – IT Product Management
- – FinTech
- – Money Transfer Business
- – Proven track record of successful product strategy implementation
