Located in the prestigious GTC complex within Westlands’ prime business district, this luxury establishment features 175 state-of-the-art serviced apartments designed for both short and long-term stays.

Key Responsibilities

• – Managing and optimizing apartment inventory to maximize revenue potential
• – Processing new reservations and stay extensions through the Hotel Information System
• – Preparing detailed confirmation letters, quotations, and extension documentation
• – Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• – Monitoring and controlling apartment availability
• – Implementing revenue optimization strategies

Requirements and Qualifications

• – 2-3 years of reservation experience specifically in 4 or 5-star luxury hotel settings
• – Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
• – Proven expertise in Opera PMS and Opera ORS systems
• – Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• – Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
• – Professional listening skills and customer service orientation
