AutoXpress Kenya is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Executive for our retail stores to deliver world-class customer service. This role involves engaging with customers both in-store and via telephone, guiding them through the product range, and providing expert advice to ensure informed purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service Excellence
- – Greet and welcome customers, providing a professional and friendly shopping experience.
- – Address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring their needs are met.
- – Build long-term customer relationships through personalized service and product recommendations.
2. Store Operations
- – Assist in daily store operations, including cash handling, stock monitoring, and visual merchandising.
- – Ensure adherence to safety, security, and regulatory compliance standards.
- – Support the maintenance of an organized and attractive store environment.
3. Driving Sales and Business Growth
- – Collaborate with team members to execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- – Proactively engage customers to promote products, cross-sell, and upsell based on their needs.
- – Analyze sales trends and contribute ideas for improving performance and meeting targets.
4. Developing Product Knowledge
- – Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of AutoXpress Kenya’s automotive products and accessories.
- – Educate customers on product features, specifications, and installation procedures.
- – Stay updated on industry trends to provide cutting-edge advice and insights to customers.
Qualifications and Requirements
- – Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- – At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or retail sales role.
- – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- – A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- – Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- – Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
