Odoo is hiring talented Sales Executives to join their dynamic Direct Sales team. Leverage your hunting, analytical and negotiation skills to acquire new SME clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • – Manage the full sales cycle from leads to closing and client onboarding
  • – Initiate contact with potential clients and qualify leads
  • – Analyze customer needs, activities, challenges and pain points
  • – Provide tailored product demonstrations based on customer requirements
  • – Prepare customized quotes and negotiate contract terms/conditions

Requirements:

  • – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business
  • – Strong business knowledge and curiosity about software products
  • – Excellent English communication skills
  • – Good organizational abilities
  • – Valid work permit for Kenya (if applicable)

Nice to Have:

  • – Results-driven and outgoing personality
  • – Prior experience in sales or consultancy roles
  • – Knowledge of ERP and SaaS software solutions
  • – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • – Experience working across African markets
  • – Proficiency in Swahili or other regional/international languages
