Job Overview

Robert Bosch East Africa is seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Specialist to join their Home Comfort division in Nairobi. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Bosch’s residential air conditioning systems market in East Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • – Support existing sales operations team and business development of residential air conditioning systems
  • – Participate in channel partners’ development and Home Comfort activities (e.g., product trainings, events)
  • – Act as a liaison between customers and the Home Comfort division
  • – Uncover and leverage customer and competitor insights to enhance product offerings
  • – Monitor Home Comfort market trends and competitors
  • – Manage order planning, internal sales, and SAP system entries
  • – Conduct sales analysis and reporting
  • – Ensure contract and compliance documentation for key processes
  • – Improve existing sales processes
  • – Develop extensive ERP (SAP) knowledge
  • – Participate in regular and ad hoc meetings at the country level
  • – Assist in developing and implementing strategies to expand residential, retail, and commercial markets
  • – Manage, report on, and plan operations for Rangers in Nairobi, Kisumu, and Mombasa

Qualifications and Requirements

  • – Degree in Engineering or a Business-related course
  • – Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
  • – Experience in sales of air-conditioning equipment
