Responsibilities

The role involves strategic partnership with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness through:

Business Strategy Implementation

  • – Transform business strategies into practical HR initiatives
  • – Design organizational structures that support business goals

  • – Drive operational excellence through people solutions

Talent Management & Development

  • – Lead succession planning and talent development initiatives
  • – Oversee senior-level recruitment (L4 critical talent and L3+)
  • – Coach leaders and facilitate crucial conversations
  • – Champion inclusion and diversity initiatives
  • – Develop future-focused capability building programs

Organizational Effectiveness

  • – Improve leadership team performance
  • – Strengthen manager capabilities
  • – Lead culture transformation initiatives
  • – Drive employee engagement
  • – Implement change management strategies

Analytics & Innovation

  • – Leverage HR data analytics for decision-making
  • – Implement innovative HR technologies including AI

Requirements

Education

  • – Bachelor’s degree required
  • – HR Certification
  • – Professional membership with IHRM or equivalent bodies

Experience

  • – Minimum 8 years in senior HR roles
  • – Multinational consumer goods industry experience
  • – Proven track record in organizational transformation
  • – Experience with HR analytics and technology
