Intern Duties:
- – Develop robust and maintainable software by applying best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- – Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development methods.
- – Optimize computational efficiency of algorithms and software design.
- – Collaborate with teams to share software design and solution ideas.
- – Interact directly with clients to gather requirements for new product features.
- – Contribute to thought leadership by participating in scientific communities, papers, and conferences.
Requirements:
- – Currently enrolled in a university master’s or PhD program in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
- – Passion for software development, large-scale data analytics, and redefining organizations with AI-driven innovation.
- – Experience with software development practices and standards.
- – Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity across various industries and topics.
- – Motivated by a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

BCG offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, parental leave, retirement program, paid time off, and more. Compensation ranges from $110,000 USD for AI Software Engineer I to $190,000 USD for Senior AI Software Engineer.
