Key Responsibilities:
- – Develop and oversee Sun King’s creative and design strategy, aligning with the company’s vision and business goals
- – Conceptualize and visualize innovative advertising campaigns for multiple African markets
- – Lead a talented team of graphic designers and creatives to produce high-quality, impactful content
- – Manage social media-focused designers creating engaging content for various platforms
- – Oversee diverse design projects across multiple countries, including Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Togo, Tanzania, and Zambia
- – Collaborate with in-house teams to manage timelines, deadlines, and creative workflows
- – Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and meets the highest quality standards
Requirements:
- – Minimum 10 years of experience in creative management within Content or Advertising agencies
- – Proven track record of leading successful creative campaigns across various channels
- – Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); experience with After Effects and XD is a plus
- – Strong leadership skills with experience managing global creative teams
- – Deep understanding of above-the-line and below-the-line campaign strategies
- – Proficiency in social media trends and digital graphics concepts
- – Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Graphic Design (highly preferred)
